Responsibilities
- Report to work at the scheduled time, neatly groomed and in a clean restaurant issue uniform.
- Ensure assigned station is properly stocked, clean and ready for service, restock as needed.
- Finish assigned prep work as directed.
- Prepare, cook and plate dishes and menu items in a timely basis in accordance to established Carmine’s standards.
- Attend all scheduled employee meetings, tastings and trainings
- In addition, other duties may be required as directed by our chefs.
Qualifications
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Must have an understanding of cooking stations and cooking techniques.
- Must be able to handle utensils and equipment safely.

Compensation: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
